Just read this on RRW too, and came here to offer my well wishes for a full and speedy recovery! Michael's dedication to his son's safety is crystal clear in that article. It's a shame that although we do everything we can, there is still inherent danger in the sport that is unavoidable if you stick with it for long enough.
