How it works
In short
We're running a tipping competition for the 2010 MotoGP Championships. Each week you submit your tips indicating what you think the outcome of the race will be, and points are awarded for accuracy. It's free to enter, just head over and sign up.
No, there are no prizes at this stage - because it's entirely free to enter!
The Rules
For each race, your tips simply involve making three selections.

Who will win? This one's pretty straightforward. Select the winner,
and if you're correct you get 4 points.

Who will be on the podium? Select a different rider, who
you think will finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd. If you're right, then you get 1 point.
Even if they win, and your nominated winner doesn't, you still get 1 point.

Who will be the first retiree? Finally, choose the rider who you
think will be the first to retire from the race. You can elect to choose
no rider, indicating that you think all riders will complete the race. If
you're right, you get 2 points.
So in each round you can score a total of 7 points. Note that the first retiree will be determined according to the last placed DNF listed in the official post-race classification.
